Chances are, you have owned a term life insurance policy for years. You probably purchased the policy to provide for a beneficiary after your death. However, for many term life insurance policyholders, the purpose and value of the policy begins to change with each passing year or the policy is about to expire and conversion would be too expensive. A life settlement is the solution that can add flexibility to your estate plan.

A life settlement is a financial transaction in which a life insurance policy owner sells an unwanted or unneeded policy to in institutional investor for a lump sum dollar amount. The institution becomes the new owner and beneficiary of the policy and is responsible for all subsequent premium payments. It gives you cash to use however you like: pursue a dream, travel, help a grandchild with college tuition, etc.

While life settlements have become an integrated part of estate planning for people over 65, recently Early Life Settlements have now become available for people who are 56-70 years old. The sale of an existing term life insurance policy transforms what is often seen as a liability or a necessary evil into a resource that can and should be managed as part of an overall financial plan. This new avenue will help you see greater value from your expiring term life insurance policy and begin to realize your goals sooner.

It’s estimated that approximately 73 million Americans currently have life insurance policies, yet many people don’t realize how powerful an asset your policy can be in the battle for maximum wealth appreciation.

Instead of letting your term life policy expire without paying a benefit, you can use an Early Life Settlement to your advantage. Here are some reasons to leverage this new opportunity:

Turn an expiring asset into liquidity for your estate

Take advantage of other investment options

If premium payments are no longer affordable

The status of your estate has changed, and life insurance is no longer needed to pay estate taxes

An individual prefers to discontinue a current policy in favor of survivorship coverage

To realize an immediate gain from your future asset

Many savvy investors now see the true value of their term life insurance policies. Given the current decline in traditional assets, like stocks and bonds, now could be the best time ever to realize the power and flexibility that has been locked away in your term life policy.

In short, Zero Limits is about returning to the zero state, where nothing exists but anything is possible. In the zero state there are no thoughts, words, deeds, memories, programs, beliefs, or anything else. Just nothing.

Everyone has a lens through which they view the world. Religions, philosophies, therapies, authors, speakers, gurus, and candlestick makers all perceive the world through a particular mind-set. What you’ll learn is how to use a new lens to dissolve all other lenses. And once you succeed, you’ll be at the place I call zero limits.

You Don’t Have a Clue What is Going On

It is impossible to be aware of everything happening in and around you, consciously or unconsciously. Your body and mind are regulating themselves right now, without you being aware of it. You are indeed co-creating your own reality right now, but it is happening unconsciously, without your conscious knowledge or control. This is why you can think positive thoughts all you like and still be broke. Your conscious mind isn’t the creator.

You Don’t Have Control Over Everything

Obviously, if you don’t know everything that is happening, you can’t control it all. It’s an ego trip to think you can make the world do your bidding. Since your ego can’t see much of what is going on in the world right now, letting your ego decide what is best for you isn’t wise. You have choice, but you don’t have control. You can use your conscious mind to begin to choose what you would prefer to experience, but you have to let go of whether you manifest it or not, or how, or when. Surrender is key.

You Can Heal Whatever Comes Your Way

Whatever appears in your life, no matter how it got there, is up for healing simply because it’s now on your radar. The assumption here is that if you can feel it, you can heal it. If you can see it in someone else, and it bothers you, then it’s up for healing. You may have no idea why it’s in your life or how it got there, but you can let it go because you’re now aware of it. The more you heal what comes up, the clearer you are to manifest what you prefer, because you will be freeing stuck energy to use for other matters.

You Are 100% Responsible for All You Experience

What happens in your life is not your fault, but it is your responsibility. The concept of personal responsibility goes beyond what you say, do, and think. If you take complete responsibility for all that appears in your life, then when someone surfaces with a problem, then it is your problem, too. In short, you can’t blame anyone or anything for your current reality. All you can do is take responsibility for it, which means accept it, own it, and love it. The more you heal what comes up, the more you get in tune with the source.

Your Ticket to Zero Limits is Saying the Phrase “I Love You”

The pass that gets you peace beyond all understanding, from healing to manifestation, is the simple phrase “I love you.” The idea is to love everything. Love the extra fat, the addiction, the problem child or neighbor or spouse; love it all. Love transmutes the stuck energy and frees it. Saying “I love you” is the open sesame to experience the divine.

Inspiration is More Important than Intention

Intention is a toy of the mind; inspiration is a directive from the divine. At some point you’ll surrender and start listening, rather than begging and waiting. Intention is trying to control life based on the limited view of the ego; inspiration is receiving a message from the divine and then acting on it. Intention works and brings results; inspiration works and brings miracles. Which do you prefer?

Sorting out your money by clearing your debt and building up your savings and investments makes you master of your financial future. It also brings several benefits:

Stop Expensive Fees and Charges

If your finances are under control, you stop paying expensive fees and charges for being in debt. Debt is pricey, with high rates of interest and often extra fees and charges. If you are in a lot of debt and pay a significant amount of interest on it, you may find that you simply can’t clear what you owe as all your money goes towards servicing the debt and paying the interest. Clearing your debt removes the debt itself and the cost of financing it.

Get Rid of Your Guilt

Being in debt can be a worry, particularly if it has got out of hand and you can’t see any way of escaping the situation. Some people also regard being in debt as a stigma — something to be ashamed of and hidden from friends, family, and colleagues. Any way you look at it, debt is a burden and getting rid of it can be a huge weight off your shoulders.

More Confident

With the state providing little financial support in retirement you may be concerned about how you are going to make ends meet. But if you have savings and investments spread across a range of funds, pensions, and property, you can rest easy with regard to the future. You may even be able to look forward to giving up work, rather than dread it.

Financial Options

By controlling your finances, you will open up a range of financial options. If your finances are in order, you can afford to take time off to travel or try a new career. But if you have lots of debt or little in the way of savings, you may not have the option to do what you like. This can make you feel rather resentful.
